We hope you love everything you order from Butter Butler™. However, if you are less than happy with your purchase for any reason, any unused, unworn items in original condition (including original packaging), may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund of merchandise price.

Send your returns in a securely wrapped package via an insured and prepaid method (we suggest UPS or FedEx) and include your packing slip; and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

We will promptly refund your credit card after receipt of the returned items. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then charge you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
